Cantor Fitzgerald Selects Professional Capital Services, LLC as 401(k) Provider

Brinker Capital selected as Investment Manager of $90 Million Plan

Philadelphia, Penn., October 31, 2006—Professional Capital Services, LLC (“PCS”), an independent provider of daily valuation recordkeeping services to 401(k) plans, announced today that the 401(k) plan of Cantor Fitzgerald LP., a leading global financial services provider to institutional equity and fixed income markets, has adopted PCS’ ManagedPlan Program managed account platform engaging Brinker Capital to provide investment management and managed account services for Cantor’s $90 million defined contribution plan. Grant Wenger of Horner, Townsend and Kent will deliver personalized investment education.
